The venue retains many of its original features - from the traditional sash windows to pressed metal ceilings and an original working fireplace - making it the perfect setting to bring English pub tradition to life.

What we’re looking for
A talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with:
· Managing day to day operations in a fast-paced restaurant / bar
· Recruitment of staff
· Stock control and ordering
· Labour controls and financials
· P&L forecasting and accounting, evidence of strong EBITDA conversions
· Good practice with due diligence, health and safety and HR.
A degree in hospitality, business or marketing would be beneficial, alongside FSS certificate and first aid training.
